There are several documents you need to successfully register your child at school.
You will need the following documents:
1. A Current Form of Identification (Driver's license, etc.)
2. Proof of Residency (Utility bill, signed lease, mortgage statement, etc.)

3. Students' Original Birth Certificate
4. Most Recent Report Card/Transcript
5. Special Education/504 Documents, If Applicable
6. Immunization Records / Physical Form
Once you have all of your necessary documents, go to your scheduled appointment with your new school and submit all registration documents.
During your registration appointment, you will have to complete the following:
1. Enrollment/Registration Packet
2. Media Release/Waiver
3. Transportation, if applicable
4. Lunch verification/household survey form
